Swami Balendu and team attempts to remove my blog one more time

Swami Balendu has always said that when he writes against others and is asked to stop he goes at it even with more force and no one can stop him from telling truth (which is a lie anyway). I am going to be doing the same and will not be stopped from exposing these wannabe brothers and their lady. I am in the process of making my own website, another blog and updating this Facebook page on regular basis.
I am glad to announce that Swami Balendu and team is working real hard in trying to get my blog removed from WordPress. Ironic that they write about every living and non living religious hindu, christian person or scripture but when someone points to their defective writing then they go all over the board.
Swami Balendu and team has send me another legal notice through the wordpress that my writing about them is against copyright rules and I should stop quoting their writings. I would like for them to know that they can not fool all the people all the time as I am only writing my constitutionally protected opinion on a public issue.
So what is wrong when someone questions him? Is he not to be examined or his opinions not to be criticized? What would he do when he is questioned, will he have their mouth shut by complaints, threats and hacking their accounts. They are seasoned criminals in my opinion.
Now to show how my writings are legal and there is nothing any one can do to stop me from writing.
Thanks for all of you for writing and encouraging me to speak the truth. Your private comments mean a lot.
(1)
If your use is fair, it is not an infringement of copyright — even if it is without the authorization of the copyright holder. Indeed, fair use is especially important to protect uses a copyright holder would not approve, such as criticism or parodies. See Campbell v. Acuff-Rose Music, 510 US 569 (1994).
(2)
Short quotations will usually be fair use, not copyright infringement. The Copyright Act says that “fair use…for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright.” So if you are commenting on or criticizing an item someone else has posted, a court would likely find that you have a fair use right to quote. The law favors “transformative” uses ? commentary, either praise or criticism, is better than straight copying ? but courts have said that even putting a piece of an existing work into a new context (such as a thumbnail in an image search engine) counts as “transformative.” The blog’s author might also have granted you even more generous rights through a Creative Commons license, so you should check for that as well.

Swami Balendu - Opportunist

As per the online dictionary Opportunist means, “a person who dexterously and expediently changes or adopts opinions”. Swami Balendu conveniently changes and adopts to the theories as per the need of the situation. When he is talking in context to Yoga, he agrees and uses scriptual explanation but when it comes to claiming himself to be a non hindu then he turns around completely and the very next moment he contradicts himself yet again. In next few posts I will bring dozens of such examples from his own writings on various topics.
There is no problem with people changing there opinions with life experiences but changing repeatedly or going back n forth as per vested interest is a whole another story. What Swami Balendu and crew is forgetting is that all this is recorded and is public knowledge on the internet. What other people has said to me is that they just laugh it off and do not take him seriously but I think it is time to talk about it and get it out in the open.
All the quotations below in Italics are from Swami Balendu’s public diary that he writes on daily basis. They are intended to be used under “fair use” law.
The Copyright Act says that “fair use…for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright.”
Now if you look below there are excerpts from July 2010, March 2011 and December 2011 and I hope you laugh as loud as I did. I will analyze it at the end.
———————————————————————–
On March 17th 2011 Swami Balendu wrote, “You are the cup of water. In you, there is some water, which actually is part of that big ocean. The water is your soul and the ocean is that big soul with which we wish to get united. And when we get united, that is yoga. We actually are the water from the ocean. We belong to that, what we wish to get united with. If you call this ocean god, you are God, too. If you call that ocean the universe, you are the universe, too. Who are you?”
29 July 2010 Swami Balendu wrote. “ I  wrote about spirits and ghosts yesterday and said that I absolutely do not believe that ghosts exist. After this answer to the question if I believe in ghosts, there is often another one that follows: ‘And what about souls? Do you believe that we have a soul? Soul is energy, the life in someone, our basic element, which moves us and keeps us alive. When there is no love in a relationship, we say it is dead. When there is no business in a company we say it is dead. Whenever the basic element of something is gone, we call it dead. When our basic element is gone, we are dead. And our soul is that which is missing then.”
Just six wks ago on 2nd Dec. 2011 Swami Balendu enlightens us once again with his superior knowledge as he wrote, “ I think the most prominent and widely spread idea is that your soul lives in your body and leaves it at the moment of death. I am not convinced even with this basic statement. You see, the main thing is that your soul is nothing material, nothing that you can measure. Due to this nature of the soul, I just don’t believe that it actually ‘lives in the body’. Your body and your soul are not separate parts and the soul, in my opinion, does not decide to leave the body once it doesn’t work anymore. I wrote about my definition of a soul before and I said: Soul, energylove, essence, prana and god are synonyms for me. I don’t think that there are billions of souls on this earth and every second some of them leave their current bodies. I believe we all are one soul, not little pieces of that soul. You can call this soul anything but it is not countable.
In the same way that we ‘are’ our soul, I believe that food is soul, a flower is soul and water is soul. I don’t believe that man-made machines and devices are souls but everything in nature, stones, rivers, forests and more, everything that lives, that all is soul and it is the same as we are. So I would rather say that our body lives in the soul than the other way around.
I don’t believe in all of this. When I die, my soul will not leave this body and travel out of the open door to go to find a new body. The air which fills the room around us is made out of the same essence, the same love, the same god.”
I would like to end with this quote from his writing on March 27th 09. I wonder how he got the idea for this post, Introspection may be?
“We were talking today and I said that I am always honest in what I am saying. I have an opinion and if I am asked for it, I will express it. I have written in the diary before, that I do not give my advice without being asked for it. But if someone wants to know my opinion, I am honest. I will say what I feel. I see many people whose opinion changes with the person what they are speaking to. They always keep in mind that the other person likes or doesn’t like and talk according to that. This doesn’t usually come from a bad intention, on the contrary, they want to make the other person happy. Their aim is to make others happy.
My aim is to be honest and truthful. Maybe sometimes it could be that the other person doesn’t like my opinion but I have to say what I feel. I would not change my philosophy or thinking to entertain someone or to make someone happy. And what do you think is better for the other person? I have seen that one person, who talks with two different people about the same situation, gives two different opinions about it, just to make the other one happy. They do this to givehappiness to others but they can get in very difficult situations if these two people meet and sharethe advice which they received from the same person. They will find out that it was not what this person really thought because he just said what was nice for them. But I don’t want to do that. Stay honest. Others will be happy about your honest opinion”
—————————————-
All I do is shake my head and smile. In the last post he is describing himself, guilty conscious maybe?
I do not think I need to analyze or add anything here as you can see his confusion and opportunistic ways. What you may not know is that all three excerpts are from three different topics. In the first one he is talking about Yoga and explaining what yoga means per scriptures. It is right on per yogic philosophy. In the second one he is talking in Germany about energy and healing work and suddenly he needs to believe in energy of the soul because that would be right thing to do for this audience.
In the third excerpt he is talking about what happens to soul when one dies or about re-incarnation and here he is supposed to be against the hindu traditions, beliefs and religion so he wants to cut the basic belief system by proving his point.
Now if someone was only interested in one of these topics and read any of these entries by itself then they would be somewhat impressed but if they realized and said, wait a minute this is not what he said in another topic, that is when you realize his phoniness and fakeness. I am not making it up and you can see it for yourself and be amused.
I will be back with more of his mumbo jumbo. Stay tuned.

More mumbo jumbo

All the quotations below in Italics are from Swami Balendu’s public diary that he writes on daily basis. They are intended to be used under “fair use” law.
The Copyright Act says that “fair use…for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright.”
On 21st December Swami Balendu writes in his blog about him not having any belief of believer or non believer. Below is a paragraph from his own mumbi jumbo—
“So you see, I don’t belong to any of the two groups, the believers and the non-believers. For believers, I don’t have any faith, I don’t believe in their scriptures or their religious rules. For non-believers, I am too much of a believer because I believe in Mantras, in prayers and in wishes. I don’t want to be a believer because I cannot blindly trust or believe in any scripture. I don’t want to be a non-believer because I don’t want to lose the freedom of sending my best wishes. So I prefer not classifying myself into any of the two categories of believers and non-believers.”
In other words one may conclude that he is a “bin Pendi ka Lota” or in english you would describe this as a “Baseless pot who with the wind can go in any direction”. Hindi speaking people will know many such people jo jidhar hawaa chali udhar ke ho gaye.
Solid people with knowledge will make up their mind one way or the other but opportunist would want to take advantage of every situation by blabbering non-sense. So in one way he is writing he believes in Mantras, prayers and wishes and on the other side he does not believe in scriptures or religion or God and yet is not an atheist.
On 14th nov 08 Swami Balendu wrote about his relationship with God -
“Of course any relation can be fixed with god and fit very well. Only with God you have thisfreedom that you can establish any relation with Him. He will accept you and love you according to that. Our scriptures say that some people even got liberated in making a relation with Him as an enemy. They saw Him as an enemy and He gave them His love, too. So there is no question what relation you should or have to make.”
I am not even sure what to say about that. Utterly confused soul trying to portray himself as a learned man. I feel sorry for people that are falling for his nonsense .
Blind leading the blind.
God help us all.

Swami Balendu tries to remove our blogs

We received a notice today about our blog and that Swami Balendu has lodged a complaint for republishing his article without copyright permission. What he may not know is that under the government copyright laws it says,
————————————–
“ Under the fair use doctrine of the U.S. copyright statute, it is permissible to use limited portions of a work including quotes, for purposes such as commentary, criticism, news reporting, and scholarly reports. There are no legal rules permitting the use of a specific number of words, a certain number of musical notes, or percentage of a work. Whether a particular use qualifies as fair use depends on all the circumstances. See FL 102, Fair Use, and Circular 21Reproductions of Copyrighted Works by Educators and Librarians.
—————————————
He himself is ridiculing and disrespecting the Hindu Guru Pratha and Scriptures but when he is questioned on his ideas he is not able to tolerate it. Pretty impressive I must say. If you look below there is no conflict legally with analysis of ideas or I must say idiotic ideas.
Section 107 contains a list of the various purposes for which the reproduction of a particular work may be considered fair, such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Section 107 also sets out four factors to be considered in determining whether or not a particular use is fair:
    1. The purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes
    2. The nature of the copyrighted work
    3. The amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole
    4. The effect of the use upon the potential market for, or value of, the copyrighted work

Swami Balendu - Introspection maybe

Swami Balendu said today  - Why do I always see criminal people either becoming Babas, Swamis or politicians? -
Good answer could be ‘Introspection’ which means examination of one’s own mental state or thoughts or feelings. In his own blog he has written many times that he has no background in scriptures or no educational qualifications. He started by being a hindu guru and then found out that it may be complicated as would need at least some knowledge so decided against being a guru and remain a non guru person. He is still using the same name, same game but calling himself a non religious person. Mantras, meditations, Yoga and Pranayam, Ayurveda (which he admits he has never studies yet gives out Ayurvedic food advise) are all he is based on yet calls himself a non hindu teacher. It is a crime to fool people on their religious belief and not to mention the emails I have received about their past history in Vrindavan from local people. So he himself falls under Criminal people either becoming Babas or swami.

He looks like a duck, quacks like a duck and walks like a duck so he is a duck no matter how loudly he says that he is not a duck!

Fake Guru of Vrindavan

Below is a post from Swami Balendu’s blog :  I will analyze it at the end and bring it to reader’s attention how he is totally talking about himself and is still living the same lifestyle of a fake guru but under different pretenses.

”Guide to being a successful Guru – 21 June 10″
How to Get Started with your Guru-Business – A Modern Guru’s Guide to Success
———————————————————————————————————————————————————————
Here is my analysis:
As per his own article above it shows that Swami Balendu is a fake wannabe guru even though he says that he is not a guru. Below I explain as to how, based on his explanation.
(1) – He calls himself a Swami without any qualifications of study of scriptures etc.
(2) – Long beard and hair most of the times but then goes completely bald. White robes or sometimes orange clothes, a chosen style of clothes for a Hindu Swami. Even his brothers wear the same. He is supposed to be the guru, being the oldest brother and the other two brothers are his agents or helpers or office managers.
(3)-  Spiritual Biography – They came up with an idea of him living in a cave prior to being a guru , which is so fake as you can see the previous post or the youtube video. It was just a room in his own house with toilet and window for food. Anyone can live there for years very comfortably and grow dreadlocks and be worshipped as a great holy sage. So fake and disgusting.
(4) – Since he has not had any formal education, he learned everything that he talks about from other teacher’s lectures or videos. That is the reason for the utter confusion that comes from his writing. He jumps back and forth from one idea to another and speaks absolutely opposite the next day. Sign of no education. Also learned English the same way from his western followers or the gal he married.
(5) – He thinks he has mastered the speaking skills. Very entertaining I must say. He has prepared at least one wise comment for every topic just like he has said in his own article. For example, he knows that people of today are vary of gurus so his defense is that He is not a Guru but has nothing to support it as he does work and behave like one. His second line is that I am not a religious person but yet uses everything from Hindu religion – yoga to Gita to Vedas to Mantra, only when it benefits him and in the next breath he talks against them. Utter confusion. Poor western people fall for his tactics and who knows how many even question him but stay silent. Some have written to me voicing their concerns.
(6) – Primary amount of followers – Started with his brothers and relatives and then bought friends on Facebook. Problem solved. http://www.quickonlinetips.com/archives/2010/09/buy-facebook-fans-friends-likes/
(7) – You can read his plea again and again for more donations under the idea of feeding the orphans. I think he is way too smart, even smarter than all the existing Gurus put together.
(8) – The best part to Swami Balendu is that he has found a new place in this industry by giving people what they are looking for. A Guru under the garb of Non Guru. Whatever sells these days you know.
I will say it again, if he talks like a duck, looks like a duck and walks like a duck, He is a Duck no matter how loudly he says he is not a duck!
Its upto you to decide if he is indeed a duck.

Swami Balendu in a cave - Really??

Swami Balendu talks a lot about being in an underground cave for 3 years and 108 days. There are videos on youtube and many posts on his bog and writings by visitors and friends about his transformation in the cave.
Now lets explore this a bit realistically-
What is a cave-
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cave - cave or cavern is a natural underground space large enough for a human to enter. The term applies to natural cavities some part of which is in total darkness.
Dictionary – A naturally occurring underground hollow or passage, especially one with an opening to the surface of the Earth
http://www.environmentalgraffiti.com/archaelogy/news-indias-incredible-cave-temples
So being in a cave in India means that you live in very tough conditions trying to realize the purpose of your life away from the world as a renunciate.
Now look at this video
You would notice that there is no cave or any underground space but It is a room they constructed in the back of the house with a bathroom and toilet plus a window for fresh food everyday. I wonder what else went on during those days, only thing that we see is his dreadlocks which can happen anywhere. One more thing you would notice is a flash of Indian movie actor in the midst of it which I think could have been photoshopped very easily.
This video has no volume for whatever reasons. The room does not even look the same. God only knows whats happening there.
Now this is the most interesting one-  It could be a wedding video made to look different. See the switch at 1:58-2:01 quickly the background changes to a different part and everybody disappears. Only two construction people remain. Where did the crying and celebrating people go? Maybe the show was over so they went home. Amusing.
The truth is that there was never a cave, or isolation the way it has been portrayed and videos put together. It is just to entice Western people to believe that Balendu is a yogi who attained some kind of realization.
This is directly from his blog – see for yourself.
Swami Balendu often spent times of silence (Maun) in forests or in the Himalayan mountains. He retreated into silence for weeks and even months but realized that the senses of sight and hearing could still distract his mind. He had the wish to be fully alone with his God, without hearing or seeing anybody to be able to deepen his Mantra meditation. This is how he decided to build an underground cave on the land of his Ashram in 1997. He entered the cave on the 10th September 1997 to spend the following three years and 108 days fully isolated from the outside world. The entrance was sealed with bricks so that he would not be disturbed in his meditation. The cave was equipped with a toilet and bathroom facilities and he slept on a mat on the floor.
